We work with small leadership teams of 10 and large department events of 100 or more. Group size affects pricing and logistics, so include your expected headcount when you inquire and we will build the quote around your team.
Do you come to our office for team building events?
Yes. We are fully mobile and bring all supplies, easels, canvases, paints, brushes, and aprons directly to your office, corporate campus, conference room, or any venue you choose. You provide the space. We handle everything else including setup and full breakdown.
What makes a paint party better than typical corporate team building?
Every Paint and Sip SoCal event opens with a live musical duet performed by Tamara and Corissa, followed by a guided emotional release exercise. Most team building skips straight to the activity. We create a moment of genuine connection first. By the time the painting starts, the room is already different. Every participant also leaves with a finished painting they made themselves.
Do employees need any art experience?
None at all. Tamara has been teaching art since 1990 and adapts her instruction to whoever is in the room. The goal is the experience, not a perfect painting. First-timers and self-described non-artists consistently leave surprised by what they created.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event?
Two to four weeks is the sweet spot for most corporate bookings, especially for Fridays and popular dates. If your event is coming up faster than that, reach out anyway. We do our best to make it work.
